The duplex which is decorated to a high standard comes with a fully fitted kitchen with a tall fridge/freezer with water dispenser, filter coffee machine, full size dishwasher, full oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle and a washing machine. The lounge area boasts a comfy sofa and TV with UKTV channels and also a ceiling fan apart from the air con, downstairs toilet. French doors lead out to the front sunny terraced area with table and chairs and two sun loungers. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air con, french doors lead onto a small balcony with table and chairs and one sun lounger with a canopy for the sun. A new walk in shower has just been installed. A 65'' TV in the living room showing all UK channels.
